Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandising Manager in Cary, NC to drive merchandising execution, truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, lead and develop team members, manage floor leadership as MOD, and coordinate planogram and in-stock optimization

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and executing SOPs.
• Experience with planograms, pricing, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and inventory routines to ensure smooth floor flow.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and staff coaching.
