Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Cedar Knolls to drive merchandising execution and operational standards. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and promotional layouts while ensuring a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead a team, provide MOD coverage, and partner with leadership to align staffing with daily goals, drive in-stock levels, and maintain visual standards across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory control.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and merchandising flow.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
