Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and manage end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and supporting various store projects as needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, are at least 18 years old, and can read, write, and count accurately. Flexible shifts and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Process store price changes promptly.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
