Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive sales and uphold company standards through effective store presence. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and regularly coordinate with the Territory Sales Lead to execute projects and maintain brand integrity.

The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, strong communication with store teams, and the ability to manage varied tasks, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
