Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in the United States is seeking a Merchandising Service Team Lead to guide a team of 11–21 associates, schedule projects, allocate resources, and drive efficient execution of the Merchandising Service strategy.

You will onboard and train associates, coach performance, manage budgets for displays and travel, and collaborate with field and corporate teams to improve in-store merchandising and customer service while maintaining store safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 2 years customer service or retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment (or 1 year Lowe’s store experience).
• 1 year experience as a team lead or leading others in an informal capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to merchandise live goods in garden centers and manage 11–21 associates.
• Schedule Merchandising Service team and allocate resources for efficient project execution.
• Deliver onboarding and training, provide on-the-job coaching, and mentor MSAs.
