Responsibilities

• Always provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service and Manager by communicating project priorities and needs.
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise and assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions knowledgeably and guide them to appropriate areas in the store.
• Communicate information about stock, special orders, features, and warranties to customers.
• Ensure displays are safe, updated, and repaired when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment.
