Job summary

This full-time on-site role collaborates with store teams, field project managers, and corporate teams to drive efficient merchandising execution and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2 years of customer service or retail experience in a fast-paced environment (or 1 year Lowe's store experience).
• 1 year of experience as a team lead or leading others informally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Merchandising Service team and manage resources for efficient project execution.
• Guide and onboard Merchandising Service Associates on priorities and needs.
• Coach and mentor MSAs; review performance and develop plans.
• Lead price changes, signage accuracy, and planogram adherence.
• Collaborate with field project managers on large labor projects when needed.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies and standards.
