Job summary

Lowe’s in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising and Store Operations. You’ll build eye-catching product displays, ensure accurate signage, pricing, and planograms, and create a safe, accessible shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to listen, speak clearly, and communicate with others.
• Ability to use web-based programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital info across the store.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
