1. Being friendly and professional while engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs,
2. Ensuring signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy product location,
3. Creating visually appealing, safe, clean, and accessible product displays.

The role involves overseeing all assigned Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities, primarily working outdoors in the garden center. Responsibilities include stocking, fronting, and pricing merchandise according to planograms and store standards. The Lead works closely with the Merchandising Service Manager, associates, and store leaders to set priorities and identify nursery service needs, providing ongoing updates and feedback. Maintaining a safe work environment through daily safety reviews, hazard identification, cleanliness, and security monitoring is essential. Travel is occasional for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores.
