We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies, as well as debt consolidation plans. We work with clients who have requested information—no cold calling.

The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with clients over the phone or via Zoom, helping them apply for insurance policies.

This is a 100% commission-based role (1099), with uncapped income potential and bonuses.

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available—no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are provided. The average commission per application is around $500–$600. Full-time agents typically process 5 or more applications weekly.

• Part-time agents can earn approximately $30K–$60K+ in their first year
• Full-time agents can earn approximately $80K–$190K+ in their first year
• Agency owners, with several years of experience, who are promoted every 2–3 months, can generate passive incomes of $200K–$500K+ annually
