Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Able to learn and use a company tablet for training and tasks.
• Occasional weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned retail stores with merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Display products in greeting card departments and backrooms.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and communicate concerns to management.
• Work on a fast-paced retail floor with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Support additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet and work independently or with a team.
