Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service stores on assigned routes in Shakopee, MN. You will display and maintain inventory across greeting card departments, coordinate with store management, and work with a company tablet to plan weekly schedules.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible hours, weekend coverage, and opportunities to learn merchandising on a national level.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable internet.
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet.
• Willingness to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders, display product in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management any questions or scheduling concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management skills.
• Partner with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
