Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service stores on your assigned route, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gifts, and related items. You will work independently across multiple retail locations in Cloquet, MN, using a company tablet to plan weekly routes.

Pay starts at $13.50 per hour with increases to $14.30 after 6 months and $15.00 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• English language proficiency required (speak, read, write).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for job updates.
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Willing to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and retail locations; maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product assembly when needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
