American Greetings is seeking part-time Merchandisers to independently service multiple retail locations in Baxter, MN. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, using a company tablet to plan weekly workloads. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and weekend availability is expected.

The role emphasizes strong organization, time management, and collaboration with store staff while supporting busy seasonal periods.

Qualifications

No Experience required; training provided.
Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Access to reliable transportation and internet; ability to learn a tablet system.
Willingness to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
Display products in greeting card departments and retail locations.
Maintain organized backroom areas and inventory tasks.
Communicate scheduling questions or concerns to management.
Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
Collaborate with store staff during daytime hours; flexibility for extended hours near holidays.
Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, and product relocation as needed.
Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
