Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Tulsa is seeking a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering excellent customer service. You will help create an organized, clean, and efficient store floor and backroom, training peers as needed, and supporting store goals.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience (1 year) and leadership exposure, with strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Supports safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance in the store.
