Job summary

The TJ Maxx team is seeking a dedicated associate to support receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an exceptional customer experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized store, train colleagues, and collaborate with management to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Assist in backroom organization and replenishment.
