Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded and communicated with the Coordinator on Duty.
• Support store safety, labor compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
