Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic retail team member at TJ Maxx Store 1444 in Muskogee, OK. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, assist customers, and help keep a clean, well-organized sales floor.

You’ll train Associates on merchandising, manage stock flow, and collaborate with management to achieve store goals. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; prior retail and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to train and coach fellow Associates.
• At least 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded, and stocked.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and backroom area.
• Provides excellent customer experience and product availability.
• Supports store goals and adheres to labor laws and policies.
