• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and backroom processes.
• Monitor team productivity and prioritize tasks to meet store goals.
• Support safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies and labor laws.
