Job summary

You will interact with customers, train associates, and maintain a clean, organized store while upholding safety and company policies.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise
• Coordinate with management to flow goods to sales floor
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed
• Organize back stock for replenishment
• Uphold signage and merchandising standards
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and safety compliance
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
