Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role or similar responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Help prioritize tasks and maintain safe, compliant operations.
