Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to support merchandise processing and customer service at our Princeton store. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency and a positive shopping experience, while maintaining an organized store and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize back stock, manage signage, and ensure tagging and coding accuracy.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor and replenish shelves.
