Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Creates a positive customer experience through service and store presentation.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of backroom and sales floor areas.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed to meet store goals.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
