Job summary

Marshalls within The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-line associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll help with processing, tagging, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor ready and inviting.

You’ll train and mentor teammates, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. A strong team player with reliable schedule flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and stocking standards
• Partners with management on training needs and safety compliance
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals
