You will train Associates, coordinate merchandise flow, maintain clean and organized backrooms, and support stores with safety, losses reduction, and compliance. This role offers opportunities for growth within TJX's global family.

Qualifications

• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
