Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to support receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train Associates, organize back stock, and uphold safety, loss prevention, and signage standards while collaborating with store leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintains back stock organization for easy replenishment.
• Upholds safety, cleanliness, and signage standards.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loss prevention.
