Job summary

Marshalls within The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and outstanding customer experiences. You will interact with customers, maintain a clean, organized store, and model exceptional service.

Role involves training Associates, organizing back stock, and supporting safety and loss-prevention initiatives. Flexible schedule with nights and weekends required; prior retail and leadership exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Provides excellent customer experience through engagement.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe work environment.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
