Job summary

The Marshalls store in Bel Air, MD is hiring an associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and providing an excellent customer experience. You will work as part of a team to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends; ability to lift heavy objects is required.

• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and interact with customers.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure signage standards.
• Keep the store clean and safe, and follow labor policies.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and flow of goods.
