Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures adherence to store plan and labor laws.
