Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates are processing efficiently
• Provides an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and replenishes merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains backroom organization, signage standards, and safety practices
• Communicates priorities to management and supports labor law compliance
• Promotes and supports store shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by management
