Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate in Bel Air, MD. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include training Associates, tagging and stocking merchandise, and maintaining store standards. The role requires flexibility to work nights/weekends and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and prioritise efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engaging interactions and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
