Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is hiring a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Katy, TX to join our store leadership team. You’ll help lead a dynamic group of associates and focus on merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences, maintain stockroom and sales floor standards, and execute company directives while upholding safety and service. This position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom standards.
• Process freight and manage product flow.
• Support the Store Manager with merchandising and planning.
• Plan monthly sales and merchandise displays.
