Euromarket Designs Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Merchandising Operations Assistant to support SKU setup, data maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will help with assortment execution, PO updates, and reporting to drive financial growth and align with company strategies.

This on-site role operates Monday–Thursday in the Chicago office, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and hands-on Excel/Google experience, plus attention to detail

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; retail or related study preferred.
1 year post-graduation retail store or equivalent experience preferred.
Excel and Google experience preferred.

Responsibilities

SKU setup and data maintenance for assigned product category.
Coordinate with merchandising, vendors, and distribution centers to resolve discrepancies.
Update POs and manage vendor communications.
Manage invoice discrepancies and chargebacks.
Support seasonal assortment prep and sample reviews.
Produce weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
Monitor e-commerce site for assortment flow and images.
Assist with photographing product samples for the database.
Respond to customer reviews to drive a positive experience.
