Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations for a multi-million-dollar location and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor a team, drive sales, and execute merchandising and service strategies with Our Burlington values in mind. The role requires proven retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage a large team while partnering with store, district and regional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandising, operations and service to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Lead payroll budgeting, scheduling and relationships with district and regional teams.
• Recruit, onboard and develop associates; provide ongoing coaching.
• Act as Manager on Duty and uphold Burlington SOPs.
