Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed and rotated to brand standards across formats. The role involves lifting and merchandising at the point of sale, maintaining displays, and coordinating with account teams to optimize inventory and visibility.

The position emphasizes safe, professional service to customers, adherence to planograms, and routine backstock management to sustain product freshness and availability.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
