The position emphasizes strong attention to detail, teamwork with account managers, and adherence to planograms while prioritizing safety and efficiency in both small and large format stores.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License is required.
• Reliable vehicle for work use with minimum insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and planogram compliance.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves or displays, reviewing dates at each visit.
• Pull and report damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas and prep shelves for optimal stock and freshness.
• Support in-store execution by building and maintaining displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and inventory needs.
