Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to service customers at large format retailers, maintain stock levels, and rotate products to reduce waste. You will train assistants, cover shifts on days off, and act as the main merchandising contact in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle with a valid US driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandisers based on geography to maximize service and engagement.
• Complete onboarding of new merchandisers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Act as the main merchandising point of contact in manager's absence.
• Ensure proper rotation and display of Red Bull products.
• Maintain equipment to current standards and premium presentation.
• Maintain compliance records (mileage, trainings, etc.).
• Execute merchandising processes and monitor competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales to grow the Red Bull portfolio.
• Coordinate with Account Sales Manager for stock and QPOD opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with retail managers.
