Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the Sacramento area seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead a performing team, oversee shipments, replenishment, omni-channel, pricing changes and markdowns, and drive top-line sales while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The MM will develop associates, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies and standards, delivering outstanding guest experiences through product demonstrations and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales and control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory and merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll and shrink.
