Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Review, analyze, and react to store financial and operational reporting in a timely manner.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and coach associates to achieve APG metrics.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
• Oversee inventory, pricing updates, replenishment, and markdowns.
