Ulta Beauty in Sacramento is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-line sales growth through excellent store operations and guest service.

You will manage a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, drive scheduling, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention while championing Ulta Beauty’s values and customer experience across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and cost control.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, merchandising directives, and service culture.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.

• Lead store operations to achieve sales growth and inventory excellence.

• Develop and coach a diverse team and ensure guest engagement.
