Job summary

Ann Taylor in Franklin, TN is seeking a Merchandising Manager to bring our brand to life on the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team of associates, ensure brand standards, and optimize visual merchandising and product placement on the floor.

You will analyze reporting, adjust priorities daily, coach staff on brand behaviors, and manage shipments and inventory to support store performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and uses sound judgment to solve problems.
• Knowledgeable about visual standards and techniques with ability to implement within brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily priorities and assign responsibilities to associates.
• Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team by maximizing brand behaviors.
• Analyze reporting to develop goals for individual and team performance.
• Balance selling responsibilities and overall store operational activities.
