Anthropologie in Nashville seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to direct merchandising, product flow, and display while supporting daily store operations to create an inspiring customer experience.

You will partner with store leadership, mentor the team, and drive omni-channel merchandising strategies to meet sales goals and enhance the brand’s presence on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partners with store leadership to manage product flow and visual execution.
• Lead in-store marketing, merchandising, and foster creative community to drive sales.
• Mentor team to deliver frictionless customer experience leveraging technology.
• Promote inclusive environment and advocate diverse perspectives.
• Set objectives and coach on analysis of business related to visuals.
• Identify and onboard external talent; invest in internal growth.
• Teach standards of product flow and merchandising; build product knowledge.
• Plan and own shipment process to maximize new product placement and replenishment.
• Contribute to customer-first scheduling and zone coverage.
