Ann Taylor seeks an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture. As a store leader, you will nurture relationships with customers and associates on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and use technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in recruiting and developing talent while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
• Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
