Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring the store consistently represents AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will lead Floorset execution, update merchandising and marketing, and keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment. You will coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and partner with leadership to capitalize on merchandising opportunities while prioritizing guest experience and store

Qualifications

A passion for merchandising and brand standards.
Experience leading floorset execution and visual updates.
Strong coaching and leadership to drive team performance.
Focus on guest experience and replenishment to keep stock fresh.
Commitment to store safety, shrink reduction and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
Maintain day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to uphold brand standards store-wide.
Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
Ensure guest experience remains the top priority and safety policies are followed.
