Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a Merchandise Leader for OFFLINE by Aerie in Knoxville, TN. You will be the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, driving Floorsets, updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities while ensuring safety and integrity of the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store standards.
• Attention to detail and strong organization.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and ensure store aligns with Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through.
