Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Sevierville, TN to drive store merchandising aligned with AEO Brand Standards and lead Floorset execution with the team. The role emphasizes guest experience, replenishment, and a proactive merchandising mindset.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure vertical and display standards are consistently met while maintaining store safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading merchandising teams in retail.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Knowledge of AEO Brand Standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your "thing"! You drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring Floorset standards are met across displays and fixtures.
• You're a merchandising innovator: manage day-to-day merchandising, assortment adjustments and replenishment with a proactive approach.
• You're a teamwork-focused leader: help the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• You're a people person: prioritize guest experience, celebrate wins with the team, and foster a culture of recognition.
