Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader for our Germantown, TN location.

You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to keep our store aligned with AEO Brand Standards, drive Floorset execution, and maintain guest-ready presentation through effective replenishment and updates. You will coach a Floorset team, focus on product organization and visual standards, and ensure safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and in the back stock areas.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience focus.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team and set clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain AEO Brand Standards on the selling floor and in stock areas.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing practices aligned with policies.
