Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader at OFFLINE™ by Aerie in Simpsonville, KY. You will lead Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards and stays guest ready.

You'll train the Floorset team, drive productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to maximize guest experience while adhering to safety and shrink-reduction policies.

Qualifications

• Attention to visual standards and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and store presentation to planogram standards.
• Coach Floorset team with clear productivity goals and store-wide standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to maintain AEO Brand Standards.
• Foster a culture of recognition and teamwork to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
