Job summary

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive floorset execution and training for the floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Promote a teamwork culture to maintain Brand Standards.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards on salesfloor and stockroom; support shrink-reduction efforts.
