Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Peachtree City, GA to develop and implement the store’s merchandising strategy, train and coach your team, and ensure brand Visual Standards are met daily.

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity

• Support talent recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of associates
• Provide real-time coaching; conduct performance reviews and development plans
